Womanspace has collaborated with several local yoga studios and instructors to offer yoga and meditation practices all day long for Rockford Yoga Day and International Day of Yoga on June 21, 2023. On this Summer solstice, They offer the gifts of yoga to the Rockford area community, in a time where we can all benefit from reconnecting our mind, body, and breath.

By offering this special event at NO COST, they are able to welcome everyone in the community to experience the peace and fulfillment that comes with even just one practice of yoga.
