The Rockford Park District is proud to present the 37th annual Illinois Snow Sculpting Competition, February 8-11, 2023. The event dates were rescheduled due to weather conditions. Teams from around the state will compete in Rockford for the right to represent Illinois in the U.S. National Snow Sculpting Competition in 2024. There is also a high school division.
