ROCKFORD — The annual St. Patrick’s Day parade moved through Midtown and downtown Rockford on Saturday as hundreds of people lined the street for the festivities.

The Irish Marching Society’s annual event moved north down Seventh Street, west down State Street and north on Madison Street before its conclusion.
