ROCKFORD — Today is your last chance to help decide which Rockford-area restaurants should be recognized for their efforts during Rockford Restaurant Week.

The 11-day culinary celebration concluded its run on Sunday. There were 65 participating restaurants this year, including 19 first-timers.

You can vote HERE to decide who will claim honors in five categories: best dessert, best deal, best cocktail or brew, best main course and best experience.

Voters who provide an email address will be entered to win a $100 gift card to a participating restaurant of their choice.

The winners will be announced Feb. 25 during a news conference at Lucha Cantina, 1641 N. Alpine Road.

Here’s a look at who won in 2024:

2024 Restaurant Week winners

Best dessert: Dairyhaus, 113 E. Main St., Rockton

Best main course: SALT, 6860 Spring Creek Road, Rockford

Best cocktail or brew: Ernie’s Midtown Pub, 1025 Fifth Ave., Rockford

Best deal: Cheezy’s Grilled Cheese, 2842 11th St., Rockford (inside BJ’s Place)

Best Experience: Hidden Creek Estates, 13276 White School Road, Roscoe

Rockford Restaurant Week, which just concluded its fifth year, is a promotion organized by GoRockford to celebrate the local culinary scene and try to encourage dining during what’s typically a slow time of year for restaurants.
