ROSCOE — A Roscoe-based manufacturer plans to relocate one of its machinery divisions from Lake Zurich to its expanding headquarters here.
Titan Machinery Sales is set to relocate from the northwest Chicago suburb to All World Machinery Supply’s headquarters off Interstate 90 north of Rockton Road. The relocation brings 11 workers here.

The move is designed to offer Titan more space, equipment and technology for its work to rebuild, retrofit, service and sell new Okamoto grinders. The move is expected to happen in February.
“Moving Titan into our expanding Roscoe facility marks a significant step in our growth strategy,” Mitch Koepp, All World’s senior director of operations, said in a news release. “This move will provide more room for machine rebuilds, allowing us to bring in larger, more complex machines, and enable us to offer even better service and quicker turnarounds for our customers.”
Cord Construction started work in June to expand All World’s headquarters at 6164 All World Way by 40,000 square feet. That work is expected to be complete by January.
The expansion also allowed All World to integrate Arrow Engineering, a Rockford-based company acquired in 2022, into its growing headquarters.
Titan Machinery Sales was acquired by All World in 2021, and relocation will provide it 30,000 square feet to service more machines and rebuild larger equipment, the company said.
The move also includes access to a newly added clean room, paint booth and renovated showroom. The showroom, slated to open in mid-December, will feature live demonstrations and testing a wide range of All World’s products and the surface grinders offered by Titan.

The move also brings Titan closer to All World’s engineering team and its $15 million of parts inventory, allowing for quicker turnarounds for service and more complex solutions for customers, the company said.
“The new facilities will greatly enhance Titan’s capabilities, allowing us to deliver faster and more efficient service to our customers,” All World Director of Service Mike Russell said in a news release. “With the added space and state-of-the-art resources, we are poised to meet the increasing demands of our customers and continue delivering exceptional service.”
All World relocated its headquarters from Harvard to Roscoe in 2015. Since then, the company said it has had an average annual growth rate of 20%.
Its latest expansion will bring the total square footage of its facility to 130,000.
