ROCKFORD — National specialty retailer Buckle has opened its new store at Forest Plaza, relocating from its previous space at CherryVale Mall.
Buckle closed its shop on the second floor of the mall on Saturday and reopened at 6335 E. State St. on Monday. It fills the former Kirkland’s, which closed in January after more than a decade at Forest Plaza. The shopping center is also home to Sierra, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Kohl’s, Old Navy and Office Max, among other businesses.
“The new store layout is designed to create an enhanced and immersive shopping experience for guests to find styles that are true to their look,” Buckle said in a news release. “Buckle has always been known for its exceptional guest services with teammates who are passionate about creating the most enjoyable shopping experience possible for their guests.”
