ROSCOE — A Roscoe manufacturer and machine tool solutions provider is expanding its facility to bring a Rockford company it acquired in 2022 to its headquarters.

All World Machinery Supply will build a 40,000-square-foot addition to its home at 6164 All World Way between Willowbrook Road and Interstate 90.

The company says the addition will strengthen its manufacturing capabilities and machine rebuilding services, supporting its growth trajectory.

The expansion brings Arrow Workholding Solutions in Rockford to the All World headquarters, and it opens up opportunities for new jobs for future machinists and engineers as the business grows, the company said in a news release.

Cord Construction of Rockford will begin work later this month. It’s expected to be complete in spring 2025.

The expansion will be added on the west side of the building, between the headquarters and the solar field.

“This critical expansion will bring our Arrow Workingholding Solutions’ 32 employees and machinery to headquarters for increased efficiency and productivity. In addition to space for increased staff collaboration, the addition will add more room for machine rebuilding, a growing need in this manufacturing economy,” All World Senior Director of Operations Mitch Koepp said in a news release. “By investing in infrastructure and manpower, we hope to contribute to the village, county and state while supporting the needs of American manufacturing.”

Arrow now occupies a 16,000-square-foot facility at 5191 27th Ave. in Rockford. The company, previously called Arrow Engineering, was acquired by All World Machinery Supply in 2022 and renamed Arrow Workholding Solutions.

Arrow will fill about 25,000 square feet of the addition, and the remaining 15,000 square feet will be dedicated to machine rebuilding.

The expansion allows Arrow to machine parts used in the assembly and production of All World’s custom-designed engineering solutions, including manifolds, adapters, mounting brackets and wheel kit components, the company said. It will also benefit from the increased space and additional equipment.

All World Machinery Supply was founded in 1993 by David Koepp and moved its global headquarters from Harvard to Roscoe in 2015.

The expansion will bring the total square footage of its headquarters to 130,000. The facility rests on nearly 20 acres of land between Willowbrook Road and Interstate 90 north of the Rockton Road exit.

Since moving to Roscoe, the company said it has experienced an annual average growth rate of 20% and previously expanded twice, including a full crane bay.

The company provides repair services, custom-engineered products for machine tools, spare parts distribution and field services.
