ROCKFORD — The future main branch of the Rockford Public Library is in the final few months of construction at 215 N. Wyman St. in downtown.
The three-story, 68,000-square-foot library is expected to open by late spring, although an exact date is not yet set.
“Keep in mind that the first day of summer is June 21,” said Bridget Finn, director of marketing for the library.
Finn led us on a tour of the space on Friday. Here are a few images and video that show off the future library.
