BELOIT, Wis. — Hendricks Commercial Properties announced Wednesday that it is pre-leasing for future tenants of its newest riverfront lofts.
The Wright & Wagner Lofts Riverfront Building, 206 W. Grand Ave., is located along the Rock River in the heart of downtown.

The six-story, 108,000 square-foot building, which is the second phase of the loft project, will have 83 total residential units: 12 studio, 41 one-bedroom and 30 two-bedroom. The luxury apartments boast high-end amenities, including stainless steel appliances, Delta fixtures and quartz countertops.
“Beloit has transformed into a growing and thriving community, and we’re continuing to see a great demand for downtown residential options,” Rob Gerbitz, CEO of Hendricks Commercial Properties, said in a news release. “We opened the first phase of Wright & Wagner Lofts 100% pre-leased, and we’re already seeing the same excitement with this new property.”
All residents of Wright & Wagner Lofts will have access to private parking, a dog park with washing station, grilling areas, a coffee station, a self-serve market, conference room and outdoor mezzanine.

It also provides a front-row view of ABC Supply Stadium, where the Beloit Sky Carp play, and easy walking access to Ironworks Campus, nearby restaurants such as Velvet Buffalo and Blue Collar Coffee Co., fitness facilities and other amenities, the company said.
The building is expected to be complete this summer.
Studio units start at approximately $1,000 a month, one-bedroom floor plans start at $1,275 and two-bedroom plans start at $1,828. Loft units start at $1,335.
