“We are so grateful to Rockford Casino for choosing United Way as the recipient of these donations during the month of December,” said Julie Bosma, president and CEO of United Way of Rock River Valley. “We are working to increase our literacy rate in Winnebago County and putting books in the hands of children is the first step.”
Casino guests can also directly donate by placing vouchers in the United Way donation box in the casino.
