Why you should try it: Going to DC Estate Winery is a whole vibe and makes for a perfect day out with friends, family or a date. It will have you feeling like you just took a trip to Napa Valley or wine country.
Located on the border of Illinois and Wisconsin, this vineyard has more than 2,000 grapevines and produces more than 15 different kinds of wines, from sweet, crisp whites to dry bolder reds.
You can try the different varieties of wine they have to offer but the wine slushies are what you really want to go for. These mouthwatering drinks will be sure to cool you off on these hot summer days. Grab one and go sit on their patio as you enjoy the tranquility of its ponds and picturesque park-like setting.
Or if wine really isn’t your thing, the vineyard also offers its special bloody mary. They infuse their wine with jalapeños to create the perfect amount of spice that is ideal for a Sunday funday.
