LOVES PARK — Winnebago County Board Chairman Joe Chiarelli will deliver his State of the County address next week in the Parks Chamber of Commerce’s second installment of its monthly legislative series.
Chiarelli was elected as County Board chairman in November 2020 after serving two terms as a city of Rockford alderman.
His presentation, which will cover county government’s latest initiatives and biggest accomplishments, is the second such speech hosted by the Parks Chamber of Commerce. Mike Dunn, executive director of the Chicago Rockford International Airport, delivered a State of the Airport address in February.
